We have been training clients in their homes and at our gyms for over 10 years and regularly provide them with home workouts that they follow when they are unable to come and see us. Whether you want to supplement your personal training sessions with a home based workout, or just want to make the most of your home gym equipment then we can devise a training programme that will fit into your schedule and ensure you reach and maintain of your health and fitness goals.
Online Personal Training
Using our comprehensive assessment system which is completed online we look at your current fitness level, your diet, your goals, the amount and type of equipment you have access to and then carefully put together a home workout routine that you can complete in the comfort and privacy of your home. It’s as easy as that. If you don’t have any equipment then we can advise you on the best equipment for you and your budget and then send you what you need.
Home workouts for weight loss, muscle building and body conditioning
Depending on your specific goals we will devise a home workout plan that will be unique for you and your goals. Each home workout programme is designed to last for 6 or 12 weeks after which you can restart another programme, or carry on training on your own with the skills and exercises you’ve learnt. We can devise any training programme whatever your goal but we have developed three popular programmes that clients regularly ask us to devise for them.
