In order to ensure client safety, ALL personal training programmes
are preceded by a complimentary detailed analysis of medical history
and lifestyle, which
includes a physical assessment (not obligatory), blood pressure,
aerobic capacity test, followed by an assessment of static and
dynamic posture. The information
is then used to implement the correct exercise prescription.
