Who is the weight loss programme for and how does it work?
The weight loss programme is designed for people who want to achieve a healthy bodyweight, or perhaps look their best for a special occasion such as a wedding, and who want to adopt a workout routine that is fun, easy to follow and most importantly achieves sustainable results. The weight loss programme can last for 6 or 12 weeks. For best results we recommend the 12 week course as this gives your body more time to adapt to the training and increase your metabolism.
We will give you all the support you need to achieve your weight loss goals whether that’s help with your diet, or guidance and motivation. We won’t give you the latest fad diet, encourage you to buy lots of supplements but listen carefully to what you want to achieve and give you the best possible advice to get there safely and effectively.
